利用空气动力学原理,研制出了类拉伐尔风帽型喷枪。该改型喷枪使金属微液滴在超音速状态下雾化,从而获得更细的金属粒子。通过与WDP2000-I型喷枪对比,结果表明,改型喷枪粉末粒度更集中、更细小、更加均匀。喷Zn时,粉末平均粒度减小约41.3%。喷Zn-Al时,粉末平均粒度减小约29%。改型喷枪粒子束更加集中,这样有助于提高沉积效率,节约喷涂材料,从而提高电弧喷涂制模的效率。
The use of aerodynamic principles, developed a kind of Laval hood type spray gun. The modified spray gun allows the metal micro-droplets to atomize in the supersonic state to obtain finer metal particles. Compared with the WDP2000-I gun, the results show that the modified gun powder particle size is more concentrated, smaller and more uniform. When Zn is sprayed, the average particle size of the powder is reduced by about 41.3%. When spraying Zn-Al, the average particle size of the powder is reduced by about 29%. The modified spray gun particle beam is more concentrated, which helps to improve the deposition efficiency and save the spray material, thus improving the efficiency of arc spray molding.
