为解决轮式装载机在设计阶段缺少重要零部件真实载荷数据的问题,提出了基于雨流计数法的载荷数据采集方法,设计了轮式装载机液压系统载荷数据采集实验,进行了载荷数据采集系统的硬件与软件的开发,编制了8级均幅值载荷谱。实验结果表明,该系统数据采集过程稳定,并且采集到的数据满足真实载荷分布特征,满足系统设计需求,具有较高应用价值。
In order to solve the problem that the wheel loader lacks the real load data of the important components during the design stage, a load data acquisition method based on the rain flow counting method is proposed. The load data acquisition experiment of the wheel loader hydraulic system is designed and the load data acquisition System hardware and software development, the preparation of eight levels of amplitude load spectrum. Experimental results show that the system data acquisition process is stable, and the collected data to meet the real load distribution characteristics to meet the system design needs, with high value.
