静脉滴注是临床上常用的给药途径,各种原因所致某些药物渗透到血管外的周围组织,轻则肿胀疼痛,重则引起局部组织坏死,甚至导致神经肌肉关节的损害,造成功能障碍,增加病人身心痛苦。为了提高护理质量,减轻病人痛苦,我们有必要就静脉滴注药物外渗性损伤作一较全面的分析,找出原因,提出相应的早期治疗和护理措施。
