多年来我院对初诊的不孕症患者如无禁忌证均行常规输卵管通液检查(以下简称初筛)。对初筛异常者进行反复通液治疗,取得一定疗效,但效果不很理想。2002年5月以后我们对初筛异常者采用B超、宫腔镜联合进行检查及插管治疗取得良好效果。现报道如下。1　资料与方法1.1　一般资 Over the years our hospital for newly diagnosed infertility patients without contraindications are routine tubal fluid check (hereinafter referred to as the first screening). Repeated fluid treatment for those with abnormalities in early screening achieved a certain effect, but the effect was not very satisfactory.
