目的探讨磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)检测和定量分析枕叶梗死后视放射Wallerian变性的可行性。方法对20例单侧枕叶陈旧性梗死的患者进行了DTI研究,分别测量双侧视放射的部分各向异性(FA)和平均弥散量(MD)。应用独立样本t检验确定双侧差异有无显著性。结果在三维彩色编码张量FA图上,枕叶陈旧性梗死区呈低信号,患侧视放射呈低信号,FA值及MD值分别为0.274±0.062和(1.226±0.372)×10-3mm2/s,健侧视放射FA值及MD值分别为0.495±0.035和(0.775±0.070)×10-3mm2/s,双侧比较二者均有明显显著性差异(P(0.01)。结论DTI可以检测并定量分析枕叶陈旧性梗死后视放射的Walleri-an变性。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) detection and quantitative analysis of Wallerian degeneration after occipital lobe infarction. Methods Twenty patients with unilateral occipital lobe obsolete infarction were studied by DTI to measure the partial anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD). Independent sample t-test was used to determine the significance of bilateral differences. Results In the three-dimensional color-coded tensor FA diagram, the old infarct area of occipital lobe showed a low signal and the lateral radiofrequency was low signal. The FA and MD values were 0.274 ± 0.062 and 1.226 ± 0.372 × 10-3mm2 / s, and FA values of healthy side-views were 0.495 ± 0.035 and 0.775 ± 0.070 × 10-3mm2 / s, respectively (P <0.01) .Conclusion DTI can detect And to quantitatively analyze the Walleri-an degeneration of the occipital lobe retroprecision radiation.
