简述了自2003年至今欧盟RoHS指令以及REACH指令的出台以及修订进展,并从浙江省现有的化工行业基础角度,论述了环保指令对产业可能造成的影响,建议采取积极应对措施,消除负面影响。
The introduction of the EU RoHS Directive and REACH Directive since 2003 and the revision of the REACH Directive are reviewed. The possible impact of environmental directives on the industry is also discussed from the perspective of the existing chemical industry in Zhejiang Province. It is suggested that active measures should be taken to eliminate negative influences.
