直肠切除吻合术后发生吻合口瘘的原因很多。本文通过对直肠各动脉分别用“钡胶浆”灌注,而后行大体标本、X光拍片观察,对直肠各动脉末梢分布状况的了解,从保证远端直肠循环的角度出发,提出防止直肠切除吻合术后,吻合口瘘的意见。本文取10具尸体分别经肠系膜下动脉、髂内动脉、腹主动脉,进行直肠上动脉、直肠下动脉、肛门动脉、骶中动脉“钡胶浆”灌注,进行X光拍片及大体标本观察,其主要所见如下: There are many causes of anastomotic leakage after rectal resection and anastomosis. In this paper, the rectum arteries were perfused with “mushroom mortar” respectively, followed by gross specimens and radiographs. The understanding of the distribution of distal arteries of the rectum was proposed. From the perspective of ensuring the distal rectum circulation, it was proposed to prevent rectal resection and anastomosis. Postoperatively, anastomotic leakage was observed. In this study, 10 corpses were obtained from the inferior mesenteric artery, internal iliac artery, and abdominal aorta. The superior rectal arteries, lower rectal arteries, anal arteries, and middle iliac arteries were used to perfuse the “mud mortar” to observe X-rays and gross specimens.
