试验研究了微量铌对热镀锌双相钢力学性能的影响。研究表明,随镀锌退火时间延长,DP钢的屈服和抗拉强度下降、伸长率升高;微量铌延迟回火时马氏体中碳的析出及再结晶,可以改善双相钢的回火稳定性;铌微合金化DP双相钢的抗拉强度比碳锰钢高50 MPa以上,故可以得到具有优良性能的高强度镀锌双相钢板。
The effect of micro niobium on the mechanical properties of hot-dip galvanized duplex steel was studied. The results show that the yield and tensile strength of DP steel decrease and the elongation increases with the annealing time of galvanizing.
