以北京市区6户住宅为研究对象,基于对夏季室内温湿度参数的连续测试及相关问卷调查,从空调开启、关闭及运行时间三个方面对住宅空调行为进行了分析,并比较了不同作息状态下的空调行为。研究表明,由于室内环境及人的生理和心理因素的共同作用,住宅空调的开启、关闭行为与室内环境尤其室温之间或许并不存在严格的单一控制关系,并不是室温超过29℃就一定开启空调,或一定要将室温降低到26℃才关闭空调;住宅空调的开启或关闭行为及上述行为持续的时间取决于人体的热感觉及其对室内热湿环境的期望状况。
