静安实验小学曾经是区域内比较薄弱的一所公办学校,后来学校扎实推进课改,开展小学课堂教学设计逻辑结构变化的实践研究,学校整体教学面貌发生改变,教学质量明显提升。从近几年上海市公布的“中小学校学业质量绿色指标”综合评价结果来看,静安实验小学的学业成绩、教师教学方式、师生关系等指标都有突出表现,优于全市平均水平。如今被市教委命名为“新优质学校”的静安实验小学,面对周边社区环境决定的较大生源差异,从研究学生
