合作原则作为当今语用学研究的基础,在语言交际中运用广泛。本文主要探讨合作原则的四条准则在经贸翻译尤其是商标与合同翻译中的运用。数量准则要求原文所有的信息必须完全转移到译语中;质量准则要求原文内容的转译要准确无误;关系准则要求译文需合乎合同语言规范;方式准则要求译文力避歧义,力求简练。
The principle of cooperation, as the basis of today’s pragmatics research, is widely used in language communication. This article mainly discusses the application of the four principles of cooperation principle in economic and trade translation, especially in trademark and contract translation. The quantity criterion requires that all information in the original text must be completely transferred to the target language; the quality criterion requires the translation of the original content to be accurate; the relationship criterion requires the translation to be in accordance with the contract language specification; the method criterion requires the translation to be ambiguous and concise.
