高校图书馆担负着为高校教学和科研服务的双重任务,是培养人才和开展科学研究的重要基地之一。对于高校实现人才培养、科学研究、传播知识和社会服务四大功能发挥着不可替代的作用。经过多年的发展,我国高校图书馆建设取得了长足的进步,图书馆服务高校人才培养与科学研究的能力越来越强。然而,在成绩的背后,我们仍应清醒地看到,我国高校图书馆建设还存在很多与经济社会发展对于高校人才培养的新要求不适应不协调的地方。
The university library shoulders the dual tasks of serving teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities and is one of the important bases for training talents and carrying out scientific research. It plays an irreplaceable role in realizing the four functions of personnel training, scientific research, knowledge dissemination and social service in universities. After years of development, great progress has been made in the construction of university library in our country. The library has more and more ability to train talents and scientific research in colleges and universities. However, behind the achievements, we should still clearly see that there are still many problems in the construction of university libraries in our country, which are incompatible with the new requirements of economic and social development for the training of university personnel.
