针对胜利纯梁油田的实际情况,通过瞬时界面张力正交试验设计,优选了天然羧酸盐/复碱/聚合物复合驱油体系(ASP),得到两组适合不同油井的ASP配方:0.35%JH驱油剂+0.07%FBB+0.05%3530S+0.8%复碱与0.33%JH驱油剂+0.09%FBB+0.05%3530S+0.8%复碱。研究结果表明,复合驱油体系与纯梁油田原油的界面张力能达到10-4mN/m,是一种优良的驱油体系。室内驱油试验和现场先导试验结果表明,ASP驱油体系与水驱相比,原油采收率提高了15%左右;并且措施后C23-3井组4口对应油井累积增油达588t,效果良好。
According to the actual situation of Shengli pure oilfield, the natural carboxylate / complex alkali / polymer composite flooding system (ASP) was optimized through the instantaneous interfacial tension orthogonal experiment design. Two groups of ASP formulations suitable for different wells were obtained: 0.35% JH flooding agent + 0.07% FBB + 0.05% 3530S + 0.8% double base and 0.33% JH flooding agent + 0.09% FBB + 0.05% 3530S + 0.8% double base. The results show that the interfacial tension between the composite flooding system and the pure oilfield can reach 10-4 mN / m, which is an excellent flooding system. The results of indoor oil displacement test and field pilot test show that the oil recovery rate of ASP flooding system is about 15% higher than that of water flooding, and that of C23-3 well group is 588t. good.
