通过对小转炉“低铁水耗、高冷料比”冶炼工艺的研究 ,开发了“延迟提枪、后期低枪”的操作方式 ,操作中遵循“早化渣、低碱度、高MgO”的炉渣控制技术 ,以及“前期快速升温、过程升温平稳”的温度控制原则 ,解决了操作过程喷溅和终点生铁块不熔化的难题 ,保证了转炉操作的稳定顺行 ;为小转炉在高炉铁水不足的情况下提高钢产量提供了借鉴。
Through the research on smelting technology of “low iron water consumption and high cold material ratio” in the small converter, the operation mode of “delay lance and late low lance” was developed.
