研究战略联盟中企业的市场导向和联盟控制对企业获取联盟合作企业知识的影响,关注联盟契约控制和信任控制对市场导向和知识获取之间关系的调节效应。多阶段线性回归法的研究表明:契约控制负向调节市场导向与知识获取间的正相关关系;信任控制正向调节市场导向与知识获取间的正相关关系;契约控制与信任控制的交互有利于知识获取。契约控制与信任控制的交互会正向调节市场导向与知识获取之间的正相关关系,高水平契约控制与高水平信任控制的组合最有利于市场导向企业从联盟伙伴那里获取知识。
This paper studies the influence of the market orientation and alliance control of enterprises in the strategic alliance on the access to alliance cooperative enterprises and the adjustment effect of the contract control and trust control on the relationship between market orientation and knowledge acquisition. The research of multi-stage linear regression shows that: the contract control negatively regulates the positive correlation between market orientation and knowledge acquisition; trust control positively regulates the positive correlation between market orientation and knowledge acquisition; and the interaction between contract control and trust control is beneficial Knowledge acquisition. The interaction between contract control and trust control positively adjusts the positive correlation between market orientation and knowledge access. The combination of high level contract control and high level trust control is most conducive to market-oriented enterprises to obtain knowledge from coalition partners.
