白明高速公路位于甘肃省北部,东起蒙甘交界处,西至甘新交界处。路线经过地区为戈壁荒漠平原、基岩残丘及侵蚀构造基岩低中山区,该区处于干旱气候带内,物理风化作用强烈,地表植被不发育,年降雨量仅为30~40mm左右,而年蒸发量几乎十倍于降雨量,因此生态环境相当脆弱。本文结合白明高速公路建设实践,从水资源保护、土资源保护及植被资源保护等方面,详细介绍了沙漠戈壁环境脆弱地区工程建设中的环境保护措施。
Bailing Expressway is located in the northern part of Gansu Province, east from Mongolian junction, west to Gansu junction. The route passes through Gobi desert plain, basement remnant hill and eroded tectonic bedrock low and medium mountain area. This area is in arid climatic zone with strong physical weathering and no vegetation on the surface. The annual rainfall is only about 30-40 mm, The annual evaporation is almost ten times that of rainfall, so the ecological environment is quite fragile. Combining with the practice of Bailing Expressway Construction, this paper introduces in detail the environmental protection measures in the project construction of the desert Gobi environment vulnerable areas from the aspects of water resources protection, soil resources protection and vegetation resource protection.
