目的探讨3-二氟甲基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸的急性健康毒性效应。方法采用急性健康毒性试验方法 ,包括急性经口、急性经皮、急性吸入、皮肤刺激/腐蚀、眼刺激/腐蚀、皮肤变态反应等方法对3-二氟甲基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸的急性健康毒性效应进行评价。结果急性经口、经皮毒性均为LD_(50)>2000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性IC50>2000 mgm3.毒性均为低毒级、第5类;受试物组24h和48h的致敏率均为0.00%,无皮肤致敏性;该样品在24、48、72 h对家兔皮肤刺激指数最高为0.75.皮肤刺激强度分级为轻刺激性;眼染毒后前4天的最高加权总积分均值为27.25,刺激反应持续72 h(积分值为3.0),具有中度眼刺激性.分级为5级。结论综上所述.3-二氟甲基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸具有一定的健康毒性。
Aim To investigate the acute health toxic effects of 3-difluoromethyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid. Conclusion In conclusion, 3-difluoromethyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid possesses certain health toxicity.
