With the continuous development of coastal areas, construction of coastal soft soil areas often encounters the problem of disposal of silt with high water content. Based on the traditional engineering practice of methods such as excavation, replacement or drying graying improvement or the high economic cost or being susceptible to the factors such as site and weather, based on the current situation that air pollution caused by straw burning is prominent, Roller, as a new vertical displacement body, replaces the sand well or plastic drain plate in the traditional vacuum consolidation method for sludge treatment with high moisture content. In order to discuss the feasibility and applicability of straw pretreatment for vacuum preloading of high water content silt, a series of laboratory experiments were carried out. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of straw drainage body design optimization, the sensitivity analysis of straw drainage body design parameters and the study of its excellent level combination were carried out. The experimental results show that straw pretreated by vacuum pretreatment of high moisture content sludge is feasible and the treatment effect is good. The larger the diameter of straw roller, the better the drainage effect, the greater the consolidation settlement. Laboratory experiments and gray correlation analysis showed that the diameter was more sensitive than the initial density. The results of laboratory experiments and analysis of variance showed that the main order of diameter and initial density of straw was diameter and the initial density was second. The optimal combination of diameter and density of straw was 20 cm in diameter and 0.121 g / cm ~ 3 in density.
