文章归纳整理了国内外虚拟参考咨询服务质量评价指标体系的研究现状,并剖析了现有评价指标存在的问题,继而提出了新的虚拟参考咨询服务质量评价指标体系。
This paper summarizes the research status quo of the domestic and international virtual reference service quality evaluation index system, analyzes the existing problems of the existing evaluation index, and then proposes a new index system of virtual reference service quality evaluation.
