The relationship between soybean biomass accumulation, root nodule characteristics, nitrogenase activity and nitrogen fixation ability was studied in corn-soybean belt intercropping system. The variation regularity of nitrogen fixation ability of root system was determined. Using the strong nodulation soybean NTS1007 as the experimental material, Under the experimental conditions, the root growth characteristics of root nodules were excavated by the traditional digging method.
