在CIG过程中,S是主要影响渗碳的因素。实验分别在1350℃及1500℃下,在电阻炉采用石墨坩埚进行。结果表明:S降低C在Fe—S熔体中的溶解度。在所研究的温度下,当S达到1.8%时,Fe—S熔体中C的溶解度比纯铁降低0.6%。这一结果与E.T.Turkdogan等人所得到的十分吻合。
In the CIG process, S is the main factor affecting carburization. Experiments were carried out in a resistance crucible at 1350 ° C and 1500 ° C using a graphite crucible. The results show that: S reduces the solubility of C in Fe-S melt. At the studied temperature, the solubility of C in the Fe-S melt was reduced by 0.6% compared to pure iron when S reached 1.8%. This result is in good agreement with that of E.T. Turkdogan et al.
