三角活塞是转子发动机的心脏零件。在研制发动机的工作中为了排除加工精度对发动机性能的影响,往往对加工件精度有很高要求。现介绍六个小圆柱塞孔的加工,供参考。一、零件加工部位的技术要求零件材料为合金铸铁,A 面及B 面各有三个φ12_0~(+0.015)的小孔(见图1)。位置精度如下:1)φ12_0~(+0.015)小孔与φ93_0~(0.021)大孔之间孔距误差不超过±0.01mm;2)A 面及 B 面每对小孔的同轴度为0.01mm;3)每个小孔对其所在端面垂直度为0.01mm;4)每个端面上三个小孔成120°,允差±2′。
