绿竹叶富含黄酮类化合物和生物活性多糖等,黄酮含量达1.5%左右,比毛竹高,为充分利用福建特色资源,变废为宝,项目研究是应用复合酶解结合微波处理方法提取绿竹叶中的有效成分并研制功能性绿竹汁饮料,研究成果将为其工业化生产提供依据。实验证明,此法工艺简单、时间短、耗能低、效率高。
