表面加强激光解吸电离-飞行时间-质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术是蛋白质组学的重要检测技术之一,不同性质的芯片能捕获各种不同性质的蛋白质。该技术具有高通量、高灵敏度、自动化等特点,可直接应用于临床,在基础研究和临床应用方面发展迅速。但是,在糖尿病及其并发症的研究中应用不多。本文就其技术原理和目前在糖尿病研究中应用的现状作一介绍。SELDI-TOF-MS技术将为糖尿病及其并发症的研究和防治提供新的平台。
Surface Enhanced Laser Desorption / Ionization-Time of Flight-Mass Spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) is one of the most important proteomics detection technologies. Different types of chips can capture proteins with different properties. The technology has high throughput, high sensitivity, automation and other characteristics, can be directly applied to clinical, rapid development in basic research and clinical applications. However, there is not much use in the study of diabetes and its complications. This article gives an introduction on its technical principles and the current status of its application in diabetes research. SELDI-TOF-MS technology will provide a new platform for the study and prevention of diabetes and its complications.
