加强军队基建财务监察是发展社会主义市场经济的要求,是加强军队基建财务管理的要求,也是全面提高军队基建投资效益的要求。新形势下的军队基建财务监察应增强权力运行的透明度,健全监察制度,明确监察工作的各项任务,建立一支过硬的监察队伍。
