如何测量高聚物的动态特性,是化学工业中一个急需解决的问题。本文介绍了一种最新研制的凝胶动态几何尺寸测量系统。该系统通过投影扫描法获得凝胶瞬态特征尺寸的光学信息,采用固体摄像器件—CCD对光学图像进行光电变换,最后用微机进行数据采集和处理,并打印出凝胶溶胀过程的动态物性曲线。它具有速度快和精度高的特点。
How to measure the dynamic properties of polymers is an urgent problem to be solved in the chemical industry. This article describes a newly developed gel dynamic geometry measurement system. The system obtains the optical information of the characteristic size of the gel by the projection scanning method. The optical image of the gel is photoelectrically transformed by a solid-state imaging device-CCD. Finally, the data are collected and processed by a microcomputer, and the dynamic physical property curve of the gel swelling process is printed . It has the characteristics of high speed and high precision.
