目的 探讨心肌肥厚与心肌组织糜酶样活性的关系。方法 采用缩窄大鼠腹主动脉造成压力负荷性心肌肥厚 ,观察大鼠腹主动脉缩窄 2 ,6 ,12wk后 ,全心重 /体重、左心室重/体重及心肌组织糜酶样活性变化。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,心肌肥厚组大鼠全心重 /体重、左心室重 /体重及心肌糜酶样活性明显增加 (P <0 0 1) ,并且全心重 /体重和左心室重 /体重均与心肌组织糜酶样活性大小呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 在压力负荷性心肌肥厚的发生过程中 ,可能有来自组织糜酶样活性改变的因素参与。
Objective To investigate the relationship between myocardial hypertrophy and myocardium chymase-like activity. Methods The pressure-overload cardiac hypertrophy was induced by narrowing the abdominal aorta in rats. Changes of whole heart weight / body weight, left ventricular weight / body weight and myocardium chymase-like activity were observed after 2, 6 and 12 weeks of constriction of abdominal aorta in rats . Results Compared with the normal control group, the cardiac / body weight, left ventricular weight / body weight and chymase-like activity in cardiac hypertrophy group were significantly increased (P <0.01), and the whole heart weight / body weight and left ventricular weight / Body weight and myocardial tissue chymase-like activity was positively correlated (P <0 05). Conclusions During the development of pressure-overload cardiac hypertrophy, there may be some factors involved in the change of enzyme-like activity of chyma.
