目的:了解我院抗菌药使用情况并进行分析,提高合理使用抗菌药水平。方法:随机抽取我院出院病历1 146份,进行抗菌药使用情况回顾性分析。结果:使用抗菌药病历940份,占82.0％。预防性使用689例(73.3％),治疗使用251例(26.7％),无抗菌药应用指征101例,不合理使用抗菌药实际涉及病人178例。结论:我院使用抗菌药绝大多数是合理的,但仍存在着不合理使用的现象。
Objective: To understand the use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital and analyze, to improve the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods: A total of 1 146 medical records of our hospital were randomly selected for retrospective analysis of the use of antibacterials. Results: 940 antibacterial medical records were used, accounting for 82.0%. 689 cases (73.3%) were used prophylactically, 251 cases (26.7%) were used for treatment, 101 cases were without indications of antimicrobial agents, and 178 cases were actually involved in unreasonable use of antibacterials. Conclusion: The vast majority of antibacterials used in our hospital is reasonable, but there is still the phenomenon of unreasonable use.
