为实现柔性长轴的加工,可分析柔性长轴加工过程中产生的切削力、振动以及切削点受力误差等理论的分析,同时也提出了针对柔性长轴的拉伸式加工的方式,通过特制的工装,从而保证柔性长轴在加工过程中保持紧绷拉直状态,从而在柔性长轴中提高加工的刚度,从而有效提高了加工的精度,新的加工工艺解决了不同长径比轴类零件的加工,为解决实际加工中的问题提供了经验。
