采用通用有限元软件ANSYS,对大型双曲线冷却塔结构的抗震性能进行研究.考虑地基与冷却塔的相互作用效应(SSI效应),分析了桩基、地基土阻尼比对冷却塔结构抗震性能的影响;同时对超大型冷却塔的结构设计提出了一些关注点.分析表明,在考虑SSI效应后,随着地基土阻尼比的增加,地震作用下冷却塔结构的时程响应峰值随之减小;按“中震作用”进行冷却塔截面抗震承载能力设计时,如果考虑SSI效应、取较大的地基土阻尼比进行计算,其结果可能不能满足“小震不坏”的要求.有关成果可为类似工程提供一些参考.
The common finite element software ANSYS is used to study the seismic performance of the large hyperbolic cooling tower structure.Considering the interaction between the foundation and the cooling tower (SSI effect), the influence of the damping ratio of pile foundation and foundation soil on the seismic performance of the cooling tower structure The paper also puts forward some concerns on the structural design of the super large cooling tower.The analysis shows that with the increase of the damping ratio of the foundation soil, the peak value of the time-history response of the cooling tower structure under earthquake action decreases with the consideration of the SSI effect When considering the SSI effect and taking the large foundation soil damping ratio as the basis to calculate the seismic bearing capacity of section of the cooling tower according to the “moderate earthquake effect”, the result may not meet the requirements of “small earthquake is not bad” The results can provide some reference for similar projects.
