目的总结分析青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的原因,探讨其治疗及预防方法。方法回顾98例(103眼)施行小梁切除术后发生浅前房的原因、程度及治疗方法。结果发生浅前房22眼,其中滤过过强15眼,结膜切口渗漏3眼,虹膜睫状体炎症3眼,脉络膜脱离1眼。结论小梁切除术后浅前房的原因复杂,术后正确的观察并采取积极的措施,达到满意的治疗效果。
Objective To summarize and analyze the causes of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy in glaucoma and to discuss its treatment and prevention methods. Methods The causes, degree and treatment of shallow anterior chamber in 98 cases (103 eyes) after trabeculectomy were retrospectively reviewed. Results There were 22 eyes in shallow anterior chamber, of which 15 eyes were filtered excessively, 3 eyes showed leakage of conjunctiva incision, 3 eyes of iris ciliary body, and 1 choroid. Conclusions The reason of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy is complex, correct observation and positive measures are taken after operation to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.
