知识管理成为企业保持竞争优势的重要手段之一,很多企业在逐步建立知识管理体系。但是,如何在企业内部实现有效的知识共享是企业亟待解决的问题。本文结合惠普公司的企业内部知识共享实践,在对企业内部知识共享的障碍进行分析的基础上,提出了通过建立企业文化、构建企业内部市场、完善激励机制等方法,促进企业内部知识共享,实现知识管理的目标。
Knowledge management has become one of the important means for enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage. Many enterprises are gradually establishing a knowledge management system. However, how to realize effective knowledge sharing within enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved by enterprises. Based on the analysis of the internal knowledge sharing practices of Hewlett-Packard Company, this paper puts forward the methods to promote the internal knowledge sharing and realize the enterprise knowledge sharing through the establishment of corporate culture, building the internal market and perfecting the incentive mechanism based on the analysis of the barriers to knowledge sharing within the enterprise.
