目的了解新乡市高校大学生对乙肝基本知识的认知及态度,为加强大学生健康知识教育提供理论依据。方法对新乡市5所高校在校大学生1 569人进行问卷调查并分析。结果新乡地区高校大学生具有一定的乙肝基本知识,但对乙肝母婴传播概念模糊。近60.0%的学生认为乙肝患者生育的孩子一定是乙肝患儿,有54.0%的学生认为“小三阳”比“大三阳”好,有16.7%的学生对于乙肝的传播途径全部知晓;有24.5%的学生愿意和乙肝感染者住同一宿舍,有21.0%的学生认为乙肝病毒携带者可以结婚。结论被调查大学生对乙肝传播途径知晓率较低,学校和社会应切实加强乙肝知识的宣传和教育,以消除学生对乙肝患者的歧视和盲目的恐慌。
Objective To understand the cognition and attitude toward the basic knowledge of hepatitis B among college students in Xinxiang City and to provide theoretical basis for strengthening the education of college students’ health knowledge. Methods A total of 1 569 college students in 5 colleges and universities in Xinxiang City were surveyed and analyzed. Results Xinxiang university college students have some basic knowledge of hepatitis B, but the concept of mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B vague. Nearly 60.0% of the students think that the childbearing children of hepatitis B patients must be children with hepatitis B, 54.0% of the students think that “little three positives” are better than “big three positives”, and 16.7% of the students are all transmitting the hepatitis B Knowing that 24.5% of students are willing to live in the same quarters as those infected with HBV, and 21.0% of students think that hepatitis B virus carriers can get married. Conclusion The surveyed students have a low awareness rate of hepatitis B transmission. Schools and the society should strengthen the publicity and education of hepatitis B knowledge so as to eliminate the students’ discrimination and blind panic about hepatitis B patients.
