目的:探讨下颌第三磨牙中低位水平阻生的最佳拔除方法。方法:将下颌中低位水平阻生第三磨牙病例88例,随机分成2组,分别采用劈牙法,涡轮转磨牙去骨法拔除患牙,统计拔牙时间和拔牙后并发症。结果:劈牙法时间长,术后并发症多且重。涡轮转磨牙去骨法,手术时间相对短,术后并发症少且轻。结论:劈牙法适合中位阻生牙拔除,优点是简单,耗时少。涡轮转磨牙去骨法适合低位水平阻生拔除,优点是时间可掌控,术后并发症少且轻。
Objective: To explore the best removal method of middle and low level impaction of mandibular third molars. Methods: 88 cases of third molars impacted by low and middle mandibular incisors were randomly divided into 2 groups. The deciduous teeth and the decorticated teeth were used to remove the affected teeth. The extraction time and the complications after tooth extraction were counted. Results: Pitot method for a long time, postoperative complications and more. Turbine molar removal of bone, the operation time is relatively short, less postoperative complications and light. Conclusion: The split-tooth method is suitable for the removal of median impacted teeth. The advantage is simple and less time-consuming. Turbine molar molars suitable for low level debridement removal, the advantage is that time can be controlled, less postoperative complications and light.
