目的：总结４７例外阴营养不良腐敏注射液局部皮内注射治疗资料，探讨腐敏疗法对外阴营养不良的治疗价值。资料与方法：全组４７例病人。外阴消毒后以腐敏注射液与普鲁卡因混合后于病损区多点皮内注射。每周２次，１０次一疗程。病损消失后强化一个疗程。疗效评价分痊愈、明显好转、显效、无效四种，观察半年至两年。结果：全组病人注射２～９１次。痊愈１９例，明显好转１８例，显效９例，无效１例。总有效率９７．８７％。结论：腐敏注射液局部皮内注射是治疗外阴营养不良的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the data of intradermal injection of 47 cases of vulvar dystrophic rotenone injection and discuss the therapeutic value of saponin therapy for vulvar dystrophy. Materials and Methods: The whole group of 47 patients. Vulvar disinfection to rotten injection and procaine mixed lesions in the area after more intradermal injection. 2 times a week, 10 times a course of treatment. After the loss of a course of intensive treatment. Efficacy evaluation points recovered, significantly improved, markedly effective, ineffective four, observed six months to two years. Results: All patients were injected 2 ~ 91 times. 19 cases were cured, markedly improved in 18 cases, 9 cases markedly effective in 1 case. The total effective rate of 97.87%. Conclusion: Intradermal injection of fumagin injection is an effective method for the treatment of vulvar dystrophy.
