针对以往混凝土桥面铺装施工方法存在的问题,阐述了滑模机械摊铺的技术优势和质量保证;介绍了采用该技术施工应具备的技术条件,对施工机械设备保证、预留均匀的桥面铺装厚度、承载能力和变形验算、摊铺机行走位置确定以及施工前各环节都进行了分述说明;对施工过程中布料、摊铺、切缝、填缝、伸缩缝安装等关键环节提出了具体要求;采用滑模连续摊铺技术施工的实践表明,滑模摊铺桥面的平整度和强度等关键工程质量比其他方法有明显的提高,不但改善了桥面的外观质量,更重要的是提高了桥面结构使用耐久性能。
