20世纪30～40年代,战争严重破坏了华北根据地解放区的畜牧业。中共领导华北根据地军民成立畜牧业领导机构,颁布建设条例或办法,采取多种措施恢复和发展畜牧业,取得显著成绩,产生了积极影响。
From the 1930s to the 1940s, the war severely damaged livestock husbandry in the liberated areas in North China base areas. The CCP has led the military and civilian authorities in North China to set up livestock husbandry leading bodies, promulgated construction regulations or measures and adopted various measures to restore and develop animal husbandry. The remarkable achievements have been made and have had a positive impact.
