焊接裂纹是焊接结构中危害性最严重的缺陷。液化裂纹是焊接热裂纹的一种,是在金属晶界被液化的情况下产生的。本文通过实验,测定了液化裂纹产生的温度,并用扫描电镜对应于开裂温度观察其断口形貌、总结出液化裂纹的断口形貌特征及产生液化裂纹的临界温度区。文中所例举的断口形貌特征及其对应的开裂温度对故障的断口分析工作及铝合金焊接热裂纹的研究工作都有一定的参考价值。
Welding cracks are the most damaging defects in the welded structure. Liquefaction cracks are a type of weld hot crack that occurs when the metal grain boundaries are liquefied. In this paper, the temperature of the liquefied crack was measured and the fracture appearance was observed by scanning electron microscopy corresponding to the cracking temperature. The fracture topography of the liquefied crack and the critical temperature region of the liquefied crack were summarized. The features of the fracture surface and the corresponding cracking temperature in this paper have certain reference value for the fracture analysis work and the research of hot cracking of aluminum alloy welding.
