该文旨在评估口咽鼻咽部肿瘤患者在接受调强放疗(IMRT)过程中,牙和上、下颌骨放射线剂量的分布。纳入研究的63例患者中,口咽肿瘤44例,鼻咽肿瘤19例。结果:下颌骨后区接受放射剂量最高,牙接受的放射剂量低于颌骨(最大剂量,P<0.001;平均剂量,P<0.001)。原发灶的位置与接受剂量有关。鼻咽肿瘤患者的上颌骨和牙接受射线剂量较口咽肿瘤患者更高。结论:放射剂量分布图基于组织接受的放射剂量,能够为临床医师对接受放疗后不同部位肿瘤患者的预后及早做出判断。
The aim of this study was to evaluate the distribution of radiation dose to the teeth, upper and lower jaws in patients with oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal tumors undergoing IMRT. Of the 63 patients enrolled in the study, 44 had oropharyngeal tumors and 19 had nasopharyngeal tumors. RESULTS: The posterior mandibular area received the highest radiation dose and the teeth received less radiation than the maxilla (maximal dose, P <0.001; mean dose, P <0.001). The location of the primary tumor is related to the dose received. Nasopharyngeal tumors in patients with maxillary and dental radiation doses higher than those in patients with oropharyngeal tumors. Conclusion: The radiation dose distribution based on the radiation dose received by the tissue can make a judgment as soon as possible for the clinician’s prognosis of the patients with different parts of the tumor after radiotherapy.
