患儿男性,13岁,于入院前3个月起发现左侧阴囊肿胀、疼痛,在当地医院诊断为左睾丸炎。用青霉素及庆大霉素肌注治疗,一周后阴囊红肿消退。但在精索下段,可触及花生米大小之硬结,触之不痛,于1990年9月10日转来我院。体检:左阴囊内精索段,睾丸上方约2cm 处,可触及约0.8cm~3大小之结节,质稍硬,表面光滑,无粘连。两侧腹股沟淋巴结未触及。连续硬膜外麻醉下行手术治疗,术中见精索下
A 13-year-old boy with a left scrotum swelling and pain was found at 3 months prior to admission and was diagnosed with left orchitis in a local hospital. With penicillin and gentamicin intramuscular treatment, a week after the scrotal swelling subsided.
