在4月初召开的全国邮政业务工作会议上,集团公司提出,要坚定信心、抢抓机遇、创新经营、做大规模,推动邮务类业务又好又快发展。在新的运营机制下,如何按照市场化、公司化的经营理念,指导邮政业务发展,开创邮政经营工作的新局面,也是集团公司面临的新课题。为此,本刊专访了新任集团公司市场经营部副总经理兼邮政业务局副总经理潘杰,请他谈谈邮政业务发展的新思路。
