27只雄性Wistar大鼠乌拉坦麻醉,观察皂角苷和酚妥拉明预处理后对肾上腺素灌流肾动脉诱发的肾灌流压(PPk)增强效应的影响。结果表明:(1)皂角苷预处理使乙酰胆碱由降低PPk的作用翻转为提升PPk并显著抑制了肾上腺素提升PPk效应;(2)在皂角苷和酚妥拉明复合预处理后,完全取消了肾上腺素提升PPk作用,但仍保留未经任何药物预处理肾脏肾上腺素提升PPk期间肾静脉收集液回灌诱发的PPk增强效应。提示肾上腺素提升PPk作用依赖内皮,由α受体介导的内皮依赖性缩血管物质在一定条件下可随体液转移。
Twenty-seven male Wistar rats were anesthetized with urethane and the effects of saponin and phentolamine preconditioning on renal tubular-enhanced renal perfusion pressure (PPk) induced by adrenaline infusion were observed. The results showed that: (1) Saponin pretreatment reversed the effect of reducing PPk to increase PPk and significantly inhibited the effect of adrenaline on increasing PPk. (2) After pretreatment with saponin and phentolamine, The effect of adrenaline on increasing PPk was abolished, but the PPk-enhancing effect induced by renal vein collection fluid reperfusion was retained without any pretreatment of renal adrenaline by PPK. Prompted by epinephrine PPr-dependent role of the endothelium, by the α receptor-mediated endothelium-dependent vasoconstrictor substances under certain conditions with the body fluid transfer.
