目的观察结肠癌患者术前应用益维宁治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治梗阻性结肠癌患者18例的临床资料。18例作为实验组(术前点滴益维宁),与对照组14例(常规手术)在手术根治率、急诊手术率以及术后并发症发生率方面进行比较分析。结果治疗后两组相比,实验组患者手术根治率明显增加(P<0.05),急诊手术率和术后并发症明显减少(P<0.05)。结论术前使用益维宁治疗梗阻性结肠癌,明显改善临床症状,提高了手术根治率,减少了并发症和急诊手术发生率,对提高患者生存质量具有积极的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of preoperative application of Yvonin in patients with colon cancer. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with obstructive colon cancer in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Eighteen cases served as the experimental group (preoperative drip Yiweining), compared with the control group of 14 cases (conventional surgery) in the operation of radical cure rate, emergency operation rate and incidence of postoperative complications were compared. Results Compared with the two groups, the radical cure rate of the experimental group was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the rate of emergency operation and postoperative complications were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative use of Yiweining in the treatment of obstructive colon cancer, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence of complications and emergency surgery, to improve the quality of life of patients has a positive effect.
