目的观察辛伐他汀(舒降之)治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法将84例心律失常患者随机分为两组:治疗组42例,对照组42例。两组常规给予美托洛尔,治疗组给予辛伐他汀20mgqn。使用12导联同步心电图和24h动态心电图检查两组变化情况,3月为1疗程。结果治疗组心律失常症状改善有效率(73.8%)明显高于对照组(47.6%,P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀治疗心律失常有良好治疗作用,值得进一步探索研究。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of simvastatin (SHR) on arrhythmia. Methods Eighty-four patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). Metoprolol was given routinely in both groups, and the treatment group received simvastatin 20 mgqn. The use of 12-lead synchronous ECG and 24 h Holter examination of changes in the two groups, March for a course of treatment. Results The improvement rate of the improvement of arrhythmia symptoms in the treatment group (73.8%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (47.6%, P <0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin has a good therapeutic effect on arrhythmia, it is worth further exploration.
