运用方差分析、主成分分析和聚类分析3种多元统计分析方法对团头鲂、长春鳊及其杂交子代(团头鲂♀×长春鳊♂)的形态学差异和性腺发育进行比较分析,结果表明:杂交子代的多数可数、可量性状同父母本相近,差异不显著;聚类分析显示杂交子代在形态上与母本团头鲂更相似,但遗传了父本长春鳊的全腹棱特征。对1龄和2龄杂交子代的性腺观察结果显示:1龄杂交子代性腺均呈细线状,肉眼很难分辨雌雄,组织切片观察精巢和卵巢大都处于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期状态;2龄杂交子代的卵巢和精巢存在单侧发育和两侧不均衡发育的情况,大多处于Ⅳ期阶段。
The morphological differences and gonadal development of Tamarix, Changchun and its hybrid offspring (Tuantou 鲂 × Changchun 鳊 ♂) were compared using ANOVA, principal component analysis and cluster analysis using multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that the majority of hybrid progenies were countable and the quantitative traits were similar to that of parents, but the difference was insignificant. Cluster analysis showed that progenies of hybrid progeny were more similar in morphology than female parent, Full abdominal features. The results of gonad observation on 1st and 2nd generation hybrid progenies showed that the gonadal glands of F1 hybrids showed fine line shape, which was hard to distinguish between male and female. The testis and ovary were mostly in stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Hybrid ovary and testis ovary there unilateral development and unbalanced development on both sides, mostly in stage Ⅳ.
