采用症状自评量表 (SCL- 90 ) ,对大同医专 846名学生进行问卷调查。结果表明 ,SCL- 90各因子分及总分均高于国内常模 ,其中强迫、人际关系、抑郁及敌对因子≥ 3分者占5%以上。女生组人际关系、抑郁、恐怖因子分显著高于男生组 ,而男生组的敌对因子分高于女生组。提示应对医专生加强心理卫生教育 Self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90) was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 846 students in Datong Medical College. The results showed that SCL-90 scores and total scores were higher than the national norm, in which coercion, interpersonal relationships, depression and hostile factors ≥ 3 points accounted for more than 5%. The scores of interpersonal relationship, depression and horror in girls group were significantly higher than those in boys group, while those in boys group were higher than those in girls group.
