已从肾髓质分离出一系列前列腺素(PG),其功能可能是一种肾脏抗高血压递质,具有控制肾血流量及调节肾内血液分布作用。已知高血压患者血清 PGA 水平低下,静滴 PGA 可使血压下降。以上事实提示 PGA 合成或释放失调系高血压发病重要原因。作者选择35名妊娠9月孕妇,用定量 PGA_1静滴并评价产科及肾脏血流动力学情况,以探讨妊毒症病因。
A series of prostaglandins (PGs) have been isolated from the medulla, which may function as a renal antihypertensive neurotransmitter with control of renal blood flow and regulation of renal blood distribution. Hypertensive patients are known to have low serum PGA levels and intravenous PGA can lower blood pressure. The above facts suggest that PGA synthesis or release of disorders is an important reason for the incidence of hypertension. The author chose 35 pregnant women in September of pregnancy, with quantitative intravenous infusion of PGA_1 and obstetric and renal hemodynamic evaluation to explore the cause of pregnancy.
