目的:研究生、炒决明子对CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的影响,并对其作用进行对比研究。方法:SD大鼠72只随机分成9组:正常对照组,模型组,阳性对照组,生品高、中、低剂量组,炮制品高、中、低剂量组,每组8只。各组分别给予生理盐水及相应浓度药物7 d,末次给药10 h后,除正常对照组外,其余各组腹腔注射40%CCl4油溶液,造急性肝损伤模型。取血,剖取肝脏,分别测定血清ALT、AST、SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量;测定肝脏SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量。结果:决明子生品及炮制品均能显著抑制CCl4致急性肝损伤大鼠血清中ALT、AST的升高,并能提高血清与肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA含量。结论:决明子生品及炒品对CCl4所致的大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,炒品较优。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of the crude extract of Cadela and Semen Cassiae on the protective effect of acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in rats and to compare their effects. Methods: Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups: normal control group, model group, positive control group, high, medium and low dose group, high, medium and low dose group. The rats in each group were given saline and the corresponding drug for 7 days respectively. After the last administration for 10 hours, except the normal control group, the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with 40% CCl4 oil solution to make acute liver injury model. The blood was taken and the liver was taken. The activities of ALT, AST, GSH-Px and MDA were measured respectively. The activities of SOD, GSH-Px and MDA in the liver were measured. Results: Cassia seed and processed products could significantly inhibit the increase of ALT and AST in the serum of CCl4-induced acute liver injury rats, increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver, and decrease the content of MDA. Conclusion: Cassia seed and fried products have a protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in rats.
