通过超声检测技术,对粉末冶金工艺制备的Mo-15W合金不同的内部缺陷进行位置及尺寸等分析。结果表明,超声检测方法能够对Mo-15W合金的内部缺陷进行准确定位和识别,获得该合金不同缺陷与超声波特征波形的对应关系。另外对孔洞缺陷试样的力学性能进行了抗弯和拉伸测试,通过对所得数据进行拟合,建立起孔洞当量尺寸与材料抗弯强度和抗拉强度之间的函数关系。因而能够根据超声检测的孔径大小推测该材料力学性能的变化,对钼合金的选取具有一定的工程参考价值。
Through the ultrasonic testing technology, the different internal defects of Mo-15W alloy prepared by powder metallurgy were analyzed. The results show that the ultrasonic testing method can accurately locate and identify the internal defects of Mo-15W alloy and obtain the corresponding relationship between the different defects of the alloy and the ultrasonic characteristic waveforms. In addition, the mechanical properties of the samples with holes defects were tested by bending and tensile tests. By fitting the obtained data, the relationship between the equivalent hole size and the flexural strength and tensile strength of the material was established. Therefore, the change of mechanical properties of the material can be inferred according to the size of the aperture detected by ultrasound, and it has certain engineering reference value for the selection of the molybdenum alloy.
