通过对比美、法、英、德等国轨道车辆防火技术标准,并结合我国轨道车辆防火技术的发展情况,探讨了我国轨道车辆防火技术标准制定的相关问题。提出了应制订我国轨道交通车辆防火的强制性国家标准、建立轨道车辆防火质量检测中心等建议,为我国轨道车辆防火技术标准的制定提供了参考意见。
By comparing the technical standards for rail vehicle fire protection in the United States, France, Britain and Germany and other countries, and combining with the development of rail vehicle fire protection technology in China, the issues related to the formulation of fire protection technology standards for rail vehicles in China are discussed. It puts forward some suggestions, such as compulsory national standards for fire prevention of rail transit vehicles in our country and establishment of fire detection center for rail vehicles, which provide reference for the formulation of fire protection technology standards for rail vehicles in China.
